Conservatory Wedding's

Our Conservatory was designed to satisfy a need in the community for an Indoor Garden Area which
accommodates small groups (50-60) for Weddings, Receptions, and Other Small or Brief Events. The
Conservatory is Victorian in style, includes ceramic tile floors and built in statuary. A large stone
waterfall and reflecting pool is central with two stairways leading on either side into a small social area,
which includes a Three-Tiered Fountain. The entire perimeter of the Conservatory has serpentine brick
planters with blooming and tropical plants. There is a stained glass chapel entrance.

Hours for Events:
We offer two different times to hold your event at our facility. The hours we offer are daytime and
evening. Daytime is 11:00am to 2:30pm. Evening is 6:00pm to 9:30pm. The facility is available one hour
prior to your event for set up. Rental price is for three and a half hours. There is a $100.00 an hour
charge for time over the three and a half hour time.

Down Payment
A down payment of $200.00 is Required to hold the date and time of the wedding. This amount will be
put towards your final bill.

Deposits, Charges & Payments
Rental charges for the Conservatory for events Monday - Saturday is $650.00, of this $150.00 is
refundable following the event as long as the facility is left in good order.
Rental charges for an event on Sunday is $900.00, of this $150.00 is refundable following the event as
long as the facility is left in good order. Sunday rental is for three and a half hours. Additional hour is
available on request.
Possible reasons for No Refund of your Deposit.
1. Clean up not sufficient ( i.e. Kitchen, food tables, drink tables, dressing areas. )
2. Non-Removal of trash.
3. Confetti, rice or other materials used in violation of contract
4. Smoking on the grounds other than in designated areas
5. Alcohol on the premises
6. Anytime over the three and a half hours at $100.00 and hour charge.
7. Any décor not approved prior to the wedding

Full payment for the event is Required to be paid 21 days before the event.

A refund of 50% if made by Cash, will be allowed if it is made 45 days or more before the event. A 3%
fee will be deducted if made by Credit Card. No Refund will be made if less than 45 days before the event

Floral Décor Policies
If you rent the Conservatory, we Must Design Your Event Flowers, silk, dried or fresh. Prices on
wedding flowers and equipment are In Addition to the rental price.
Any outside décor (tool, bows, candles) Must be Approved prior to wedding date.

General Wedding Policies at Morrison Floral
The success of your event is our main concern. Please use this guideline to utilize our facilities to the
fullest extent.

Morrison Floral Company is a non-smoking facility. We expect our visitors to abide by this rule. We have
a designated smoking area that we ask visitors to use.

Bird Seed
Birdseed, paper confetti, metallic confetti, rice, glitter, icicles, sparklers, hay or straw are not permitted
on the premises.

Food & Beverages
We ask that No Alcoholic Beverages be permitted on the premises. Please limit food items to hors d'
oeuvres, cake and punch. We are unable to provide services for sit-down dinners or buffets.

Engagement & Bridal Portraits
Engagement and bridal portraits are encouraged for upcoming weddings. You must make reservations
for these sessions at least one week in advance.

Photography Release
I, hereby, release Morrison Floral Company to take pictures during my event and/or to contract with my
photographer to provide duplicate photographs to Morrison Floral Company at our expense. These
photographs may be used for display in their office, promotional even, advertising, brochure or website.

Wedding Equipment
Here is a list of equipment that is provided that is included with the rental of the Conservatory. The use
of any of these are available. We also offer other equipment that you may rent for use.

You must provide your own minister, caterer, photographer, cake and tablecloths.
